This Privacy Policy explains how Flyingbird VPN (referred to as this Service, we or us) collects, uses, stores and protects personal information when you download, install or use the App. We process data according to necessity, transparency and security principles.

When you launch the App or use connection services, we may collect necessary operational data, including Internet Protocol (IP) address, device model, operating system version, in-app paths, connection status and session duration. To recommend suitable nodes and improve stability, we may process approximate regional information. This data is used for: 1. Node recommendation based on Flyingbird VPN routing coverage; 2. Performance optimization through anonymized statistics; 3. Service communication through your registered email or account when important updates, security notices or subscription messages are needed.

We only transmit aggregated anonymous data to necessary third-party partners such as Google Play Services and Firebase for crash analysis, performance monitoring and product improvement. Except where required by law, regulation, user safety, fraud investigation or trusted service providers under confidentiality obligations, we do not share identifiable personal information with third parties. You may stop new data collection by uninstalling the App through your device system.

User-provided data is retained during the active service period and a reasonable grace period afterward. To cancel your account or request deletion of personal information, contact our privacy team at [email protected]. The App is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from that group. If such data is discovered, we will delete it as soon as practical. We use access controls, encrypted storage and operational safeguards to protect user data.

This Privacy Policy may be updated due to legal, regulatory or business changes. Please review this page periodically. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
