Terms of Service

This agreement is a legal contract between you and Flyingbird VPN (the Service Provider) regarding the download, installation and use of the mobile VPN application (the App).

By downloading, installing or using this App, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this agreement. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, translate, distribute or create derivative works based on the App without authorization. Intellectual property rights in the App, trademarks, interface, documentation and technical materials belong to the Service Provider or lawful rights holders. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features, plans or pricing and will communicate material changes through appropriate channels. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality, and we do not recommend jailbreaking or rooting devices.

This Service may integrate necessary third-party services such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. When those functions are used, you may also be bound by the relevant third-party terms and privacy policies.

Service availability depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for failures caused by unpaid mobile service, data limits, weak signal, carrier restrictions or device permission settings. Using the App on mobile data or while roaming may generate carrier or roaming charges, which are the user's responsibility.

Users are responsible for their own use of the service. If access is interrupted due to battery depletion, system configuration errors, third-party platform changes or force majeure, those issues are not compensable. We work to maintain route data and client compatibility, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access in every region, platform or network environment. The App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to install current versions when needed for security or compatibility. The Service Provider may terminate service according to law or this agreement.
